The Monthly FREE Caregiver Support Circle is a warm, welcoming support group for those who are caring for aging parents, loved ones, or family members while also trying to balance work, home life, and their own well-being.

Hosted at Venvi Port Perry Villa in partnership with Guiding Compass Psychotherapy & Wellness, this circle offers caregivers a compassionate space to pause, connect, and feel less alone. Each month, we explore real-life caregiving experiences such as stress, burnout, boundaries, family dynamics, self-compassion, emotional support, resilience, and the importance of making space for your own needs.

Facilitated by Sarah Marquette, Registered Psychotherapist, the group is designed to provide support, reflection, resources, and practical strategies for navigating the emotional and relational weight that often comes with caregiving.
