3 Signs Your Shoes May Not Be Supporting You Properly One of the most common things we see when assessing someone's footwear is that they're wearing the wrong size or width. And surprisingly, it isn't always obvious when a shoe doesn't fit properly. Here are three things to watch for: 1. Your toes feel cramped — You should have enough room for your toes to move comfortably without pressure against the front or sides of the shoe. 2. You're experiencing rubbing or pressure — Repeated blisters, calluses, or areas of irritation can be a sign that your footwear isn't fitting well. 3. Your feet or legs feel unusually tired — If your feet, knees, or legs consistently feel uncomfortable after wearing a particular pair, it may be worth reconsidering whether the shoes are appropriate for you and your activity. A shoe that works well for one person isn't necessarily the right choice for someone else. Remember, shoe size is only one part of a good fit. The right length, width, shape, and overall design should work together to suit your individual feet and how you use your shoes.
