As a new business joining the Port Perry community, we are excited to celebrate this important milestone while also highlighting the strong connection between local businesses, first responders, and the community we serve.

During our grand opening, we will be celebrating a special partnership with the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation of Canada and Scugog Fire & Emergency Service through a public safety grant award presentation.

The Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation is dedicated to supporting first responders by providing critical lifesaving equipment and resources to fire departments and emergency service organizations. Through this program, the Foundation helps strengthen public safety and improve emergency response capabilities in communities across Canada.

For our Port Perry community, the Foundation has awarded Scugog Fire & Emergency Service a grant valued up to $25,519.92 CAD, including three MSA RIT Packs and three Facepieces. This equipment will help improve firefighter safety and support the important work our local emergency responders do every day.

During the ceremony, we will recognize this contribution through a grant award cheque presentation and celebrate the partnership between Firehouse Subs, the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation of Canada, and Scugog Fire & Emergency Service.
