Hi, I’m Katelyn, a Registered Social Worker and Psychotherapist providing compassionate, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals across Ontario. I offer a warm, supportive, and non-judgmental space where clients can explore challenges, build resilience, and work toward meaningful change.

I specialize in supporting children, teens, young adults, women, and mothers navigating anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood-related experiences. My approach is trauma-informed and integrates evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), while always tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals.

I believe therapy should feel like a collaborative partnership where you feel heard, understood, and empowered. Whether you’re navigating a difficult season of life or seeking personal growth, I’m here to support you every step of the way.

Here's what Katelyn Mulligan, MSW RSW. Psychotherapy has to share:

One of the biggest misconceptions about therapy is that you need to be in crisis to benefit from it. Many people reach out for support long before things become overwhelming. Therapy can help you: ✔️ Develop healthy coping strategies for stress and anxiety ✔️ Improve communication and relationships ✔️ Build confidence and self-esteem ✔️ Navigate life transitions, parenting challenges, and burnout ✔️ Better understand your emotions and patterns Seeking support isn’t a sign that something is wrong, it’s an investment in your mental health, just like going to the gym is an investment in your physical health. As a therapist, one of the most rewarding things I see is how small, consistent changes can create meaningful improvements in daily life. Katelyn Mulligan, MSW, RSW
